With things starting to return to normal, I have to consider my relationship as the skipper of Mumbles Belle. In the past I have gone out whenever the weather allowed, mainly to keep the "Barmy Army" happy, but the reluctance of most of them to step up to share the running of the boat since the marina re-opened, has given me second thoughts. From now on I will only take the boat out when the tide is right for fishing Mumbles, or when its suitable to fish Langland, the days of running around trying to find fish are over. You get out only what you put in

Darren James Nash: It's not as if you'r a fully manned charter boat charging the full amount. Hide or report this
Janet Hurst: Such a shame Victor the members seem to forget that they own the boats and can help by doing some maintenance.
Victor Lilygreen: It's not so much the maintenance as the general running of the boat, taking the wheel, working the VHF, lifting & setting the anchor, understanding how to use the chartplotters, fish finder, being confident in using the ropes in the locks etc. so I can relax a bit.
