Frustratingly slow day today aboard the Oystercat, went up to Aberthaw which was slow, dropped back to Porthcawl in the afternoon, which was slower!! We ended the day with a dozen or so conger to 25lb, 2 blondes, a few huss, a couple of whiting and some dogs. Weather was great, fish just didn’t want to feed. Maybe I should have gone wrecking for pollack instead!! It was bloody freezing this morning, I had a thermal layer on, normal T-shirt and shirt combo, imax smock and was still freezing!! Then the tide changed and the sun came out and was down to my budgie smugglers 😁 Skipper Dean Gifford Catch photos Read more: mmbfc.proboards.com/thread/61/oystercat-trip-17-november-2019#ixzz65pqDkhwu
